Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9-inch round pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg; stir to combine.
- In a separate bowl, combine butter, apple cider, honey, and egg; stir to combine.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients; stir until just combined.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely before serving.
