- Cucumbers - 2 large
- Yogurt - 1 cup
- Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons

- Black Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Directions
- Peel and chop the cucumbers into small pieces.
- In a blender or food processor, blend the chopped cucumbers until smooth.
