Ingredients
1/2 cup red lentils
1/2 cup bulgur
4 cups vegetable broth

Directions

Add the cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine. Cook for 1 minute.
Add the lentils and bulgur, and stir to combine. Cook for 1 minute.
Add the vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer until the lentils and bulgur are tender, about 20 minutes.
Stir in the parsley and adjust seasonings to taste. Serve hot.
