Ingredients

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Ice pop molds

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the orange juice, coconut milk, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt until combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into the ice pop molds, leaving about 1/4 inch of space at the top.
  3. Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  4. To remove the ice pops from the molds, run the molds under hot water for a few seconds and then gently pull the pops out of the molds.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
