Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar and mix well.
- In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Add milk and melted butter and mix until combined.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Stir in raspberries, lemon juice, and cream cheese until just combined.
- Heat waffle iron and spray with cooking spray. Pour about 1/2 cup of batter onto the waffle iron and cook until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with butter, syrup, or other toppings of your choice.
