Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup arrowroot
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the arrowroot, sugar, baking powder, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add melted butter and milk, stirring until a soft dough is formed.
  4. Drop dough by rounded teaspoons onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Cool on wire racks.
