Ingredients
1 cup mushrooms, diced
½ red onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg, beaten
1 cup bread crumbs

Directions
In a large bowl, mix together the mushrooms, onion, garlic, egg, bread crumbs, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
Form the mixture into four patties, about ½ inch thick.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the vegetable oil.
Carefully place the patties in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve the burgers with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
