In a medium bowl, combine raisins, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Stir in melted butter, sour cream and vanilla extract until well blended.
Place the unbaked pie crust in a 9-inch pie pan. Pour the raisin mixture into the crust and spread evenly.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
Cool before serving.
