Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the honey, raisins, almond flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger until well combined.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Using a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture and form into 1-inch balls. Place onto the parchment paper.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
