In a medium bowl, mix the chicken, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until combined.
Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
Place the dough triangles on the prepared baking sheet. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the triangles, leaving a 1/2-inch border at the top and bottom.
Starting from the wide end of the triangle, roll up each triangle, tucking in the ends as you go. Pinch the seams together to seal.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm.
