Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Steamed rice or noodles, for serving

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
