Ingredients

  • 4 frozen salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  2. Place frozen salmon fillets in the Instant Pot and pour the honey mustard mixture over them.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of water to the Instant Pot.
  4. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to cook at high pressure for 8 minutes.
