Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) melted unsalted butter
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sugars, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt until combined.
  3. Whisk in eggs, evaporated milk, and melted butter until well combined.
  4. Pour mixture into unbaked pie crust.
