Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup smoked salmon, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the puff pastry onto a lightly floured work surface. Using a rolling pin, roll the pastry into a 12-inch square. Trim the edges to make it an even shape.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, smoked salmon, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried dill, and black pepper. Spread the mixture evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a 1-inch border around the edge.
  4. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the smoked salmon mixture.
  5. Beginning at one end, roll up the puff pastry and filling into a log. Cut the log into 12 slices and place the slices onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed.
  7. Serve warm or at room temperature.
