Ingredients

  • 1 package phyllo dough
  • 2 cups melted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup orange zest
  • 1/2 cup ground walnuts
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup honey

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Unroll the phyllo dough and cut into 4 equal pieces. Place one piece in the bottom of the prepared baking dish, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of the sugar and 1/4 teaspoon of the cinnamon.
  3. Repeat with the remaining pieces of dough, butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Spread the orange zest, walnuts, almonds, and raisins over the top.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Mix the remaining sugar and cinnamon with the honey and pour over the top. Let cool before cutting into squares.
