Ingredients
- 1 package phyllo dough
- 2 cups melted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup orange zest
- 1/2 cup ground walnuts
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup honey
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Unroll the phyllo dough and cut into 4 equal pieces. Place one piece in the bottom of the prepared baking dish, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of the sugar and 1/4 teaspoon of the cinnamon.
- Repeat with the remaining pieces of dough, butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Spread the orange zest, walnuts, almonds, and raisins over the top.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Mix the remaining sugar and cinnamon with the honey and pour over the top. Let cool before cutting into squares.
