Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, almonds, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the honey, coconut oil, peanut butter, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until everything is evenly combined.
  5. Line an 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly in the pan.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting into bars.
