Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the oats, almonds, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the honey, coconut oil, peanut butter, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until everything is evenly combined.
- Line an 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly in the pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting into bars.
