Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper. Add the pork and coat evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to overnight.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Remove the pork from the marinade and grill for about 10 minutes, turning once, until the pork is cooked through.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with a side of Greek salad.
