Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  2. Add the chicken cubes and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the white wine and chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in the parsley and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite side dish.
