Ingredients

  • 1 lb shaved ribeye steak
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups tortilla chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the steak, bell pepper, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until the steak is cooked through and the vegetables are softened, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Spread the tortilla chips onto a large baking sheet. Top with the steak and vegetable mixture and sprinkle with the shredded cheese.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Serve hot.
