Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 1-quart baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine dried fruit, breadcrumbs, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, sugar, and salt. Stir until evenly combined.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, egg, milk, and vanilla extract. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until evenly combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and set in the center.
