Ingredients
- 1 cup of peanuts, crushed
- 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1 sleeve of graham crackers
- 1 cup of mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine crushed peanuts, melted butter, and brown sugar. Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
- Spread the peanut mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Place graham crackers on a baking sheet and top with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Sprinkle the cooled peanut mixture over the top of the s'mores.
- Bake for 7-10 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
