Ingredients
- 2 cups dried chickpeas
- 4 cups water
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Directions
- Add the chickpeas, water, onion, garlic, and spices to the Instant Pot. Stir to combine.
- Secure the lid and set the valve to the “Sealing” position.
- Select the “Manual” or “Pressure Cook” setting, and adjust the time to 15 minutes.
- Once the cooking time is complete, use the quick release method to release the pressure from the Instant Pot.
- Carefully remove the lid and stir the chickpeas. Serve warm.
