Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup pepperoni slices, chopped
- 1/4 cup black olives, chopped
- 1/4 cup finely diced onion
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for air frying
- Marinara sauce for dipping (optional)
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, black olives, onion, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix until everything is evenly distributed.
- Lay out one egg roll wrapper on a flat surface. Brush the wrapper with the melted butter. Place 2 tablespoons of the pizza mixture in the center of the wrapper. Fold in the sides and roll the wrapper up, sealing the edges with a bit of water.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 with the remaining wrappers and pizza mixture.
- Place the egg rolls in an air fryer basket. Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping, if desired.
