Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Place the sun-dried tomatoes in a food processor and pulse until they are finely chopped.
- Add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper and pulse until smooth.
- Transfer the dip to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
