Ingredients

  • 1/2 head of red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced apples
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, onion, celery, and apples.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, and salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.
  4. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
