Ingredients

  • 3 cups raw pecans
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pecans, maple syrup, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Spread the pecans in an even layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring once halfway through baking.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving.
