Ingredients

  • 1 large squash, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine squash cubes, walnuts, coconut flakes, olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to combine.
  3. Spread squash mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
