In a shallow bowl, combine almond flour, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. In a separate shallow bowl, lightly beat eggs.
Dip chicken breasts in egg mixture, then coat with almond flour mixture. Make sure both sides of the chicken are completely coated.
Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove skillet from heat and spread marinara sauce over the chicken. Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
