Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups of creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup of butter, softened
  • 3 ½ cups of confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, cream together the peanut butter and butter until smooth.
  2. Add the confectioners' sugar and mix until combined.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Press the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave and pour over the fudge.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into squares.
