In a large skillet over medium heat, cook beef, onion, and garlic until beef is brown. Drain off fat.
Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, and Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
Spread 1/2 cup of the meat sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Arrange 3 lasagna noodles over meat sauce. Spread with 1/2 of the ricotta cheese mixture. Top with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and 1/4 of the sour cream.
Repeat layers, ending with mozzarella cheese and sour cream. Cover with foil.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Uncover, and bake an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
