Ingredients
- 1 lb large sea scallops
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 slices bacon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl, mix together olive oil, Italian dressing, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Add scallops to the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Wrap each scallop in a slice of bacon and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
