Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and lemon juice. Mix until the broccoli is evenly coated.
- Spread the broccoli onto the prepared baking sheet. Arrange in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender and lightly browned.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve immediately.
