Ingredients
- 3-4 pounds pork ribs
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
- In a bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dry mustard, and black pepper. Rub this mixture evenly all over the ribs.
- Put the ribs in a roasting pan and cover with foil. Roast in preheated oven for 2-3 hours, until the ribs are tender.
- Mix together the brown sugar and BBQ sauce. Brush the ribs with the mixture and continue to cook, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
- Serve the ribs with extra BBQ sauce, if desired.
