Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups granola
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, combine granola, melted butter, and brown sugar. Mix until well combined.
- Press the granola mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until creamy. Add eggs, flour, vanilla, and cinnamon, and beat until smooth.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the granola crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the center is set. Allow to cool before slicing.
