Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and dry the potatoes, then cut them into wedges. The wedges should be about 1/2-inch thick.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil and all of the spices. Add the potato wedges and toss to coat.
- Spread the potato wedges onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the wedges are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dip or as a side dish.
