Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and dry the potatoes, then cut them into wedges. The wedges should be about 1/2-inch thick.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil and all of the spices. Add the potato wedges and toss to coat.
  4. Spread the potato wedges onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the wedges are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite dip or as a side dish.
