Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons butter

Directions
In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, salt and pepper.
Dredge the chicken breasts in the flour mixture.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Add the chicken broth, orange juice and capers to the skillet and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
Serve the chicken with the sauce.
