Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the pork cubes with salt and pepper. Add to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 7 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, and capers. Pour over the pork cubes and cook until the sauce is thickened, about 1 minute.
  4. Remove the skillet from the heat and sprinkle with parsley. Serve warm.
