Ingredients

  • 1 cup of oats (gluten-free)
  • 4 cups of filtered water
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of maple syrup (optional)

Directions

  1. Soak the oats in the water overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  2. Drain the oats and rinse them with fresh water.
  3. Add the oats and 4 cups of filtered water to a blender.
  4. Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth or fine-mesh strainer.
  6. Add the vanilla extract and maple syrup (optional).
  7. Store the oat milk in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
