In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon and nutmeg. Set aside.
Spread 1 tablespoon of Nutella onto two of the slices of bread. Top with the remaining two slices of bread to make two sandwiches.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter. Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, being sure to coat both sides. Place the sandwiches onto the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Drizzle over the French toast.
Serve the French toast warm.
