Directions

- Add the warm water and olive oil, and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for a few minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
- Flatten each ball into a flat circle, about 1/4-inch thick.
- Place the flattened dough circles on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown.
- Remove the bread from the oven and let cool before serving.
