Directions
Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and salt. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate chips are melted and the mixture is smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and any optional ingredients.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
Cut into small squares and serve.
