Directions
Add the onion, garlic, carrots, beets, potatoes, and bell pepper to the Instant Pot.

Cover the Instant Pot and set it to high pressure for 10 minutes.
Once the cooking time is up, allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then manually release the remaining pressure.
Stir in salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot. Enjoy!
