Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 to 6 wooden skewers

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, soy sauce, honey, garlic, sesame oil, ginger, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4-6 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty. Place each patty onto a wooden skewer.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the kebabs for 8-10 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until the beef is cooked through.
  4. Serve the beef shish kebabs with your favorite side dishes.
