Ingredients
3 large potatoes, washed and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until potatoes are evenly coated.

Place the foil packet over a campfire and cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping the packet occasionally.
Carefully remove the packet from the fire and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
