Ingredients
- 1 box of white cake mix
- 1 box of chocolate cake mix
- 1 box of strawberry cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 cup of water
- 2 tablespoons of strawberry jam
- 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup
- 1/2 cup of butter, softened
- 3 cups of powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup of milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and generously grease a bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together white cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water until smooth. Pour into prepared bundt pan.
- In a separate bowl, mix together chocolate cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water until smooth. Pour over white cake layer in the bundt pan.
- In another separate bowl, mix together strawberry cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water until smooth. Pour over chocolate cake layer in the bundt pan.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
- In a small bowl, mix together strawberry jam and chocolate syrup until blended. Spread over the top of the cake.
- In a medium bowl, cream together butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Add in vanilla extract and milk and mix until combined. Spread over the top of the cake.
