Preheat oven to 350°F and generously grease a bundt pan.
In a large bowl, mix together white cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water until smooth. Pour into prepared bundt pan.
In a separate bowl, mix together chocolate cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water until smooth. Pour over white cake layer in the bundt pan.
In another separate bowl, mix together strawberry cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water until smooth. Pour over chocolate cake layer in the bundt pan.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
In a small bowl, mix together strawberry jam and chocolate syrup until blended. Spread over the top of the cake.
In a medium bowl, cream together butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Add in vanilla extract and milk and mix until combined. Spread over the top of the cake.
