Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup light or dark brown sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix together melted butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add flour and baking powder and mix until just combined.
Fold in cranberries, walnuts, orange juice and brown sugar. Pour batter into prepared baking dish.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool before serving.
