Ingredients

  • 2 acorn squash
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the acorn squash in half crosswise. Scoop out the seeds and discard.
  3. Place the squash halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
