Ingredients

  • 1 cup of raisins
  • 1 cup of dried cranberries or cherries
  • 1/2 cup of walnuts or pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of molasses or honey
  • 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the raisins, cranberries or cherries, walnuts or pecans, brown sugar, molasses or honey, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, and salt.
  3. Pour in the melted butter and mix until everything is evenly combined.
  4. Spread the mixture into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the filling is bubbling and the top is golden brown.
  6. Let cool before serving.
