1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, stir together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.
Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from oven and let cool.
In a large bowl, whisk together condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla until smooth.
Pour mixture into the cooled crust.
Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from oven and let cool.
In a medium bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form.
Spread whipped cream over the cooled pie.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
