Ingredients

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) Refrigerated Biscuits
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10-inch Bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Cut each biscuit into quarters and add them to the bowl. Toss until the biscuits are well-coated.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the brown sugar, butter, walnuts, and raisins. Pour the mixture into the prepared Bundt pan.
  4. Add the biscuit pieces to the pan and press them into the mixture. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk. Drizzle the glaze over the warm monkey bread.
  6. Allow the monkey bread to cool before serving.
