Ingredients
- 1 can (16.3 oz) Refrigerated Biscuits
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
- 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10-inch Bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Cut each biscuit into quarters and add them to the bowl. Toss until the biscuits are well-coated.
- In a medium bowl, combine the brown sugar, butter, walnuts, and raisins. Pour the mixture into the prepared Bundt pan.
- Add the biscuit pieces to the pan and press them into the mixture. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk. Drizzle the glaze over the warm monkey bread.
- Allow the monkey bread to cool before serving.
